Co-Founder & Director
Vanessa (Wai Lam) Tsang
Senior Speech Pathologist, BSpPath, CPSP
Vanessa is an experienced speech pathologist with a warm, family-centred approach, supporting children and families with compassion and evidence-based care.

🎓 Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) – Speech Pathology Australia
🎓 Hanen Certified – More Than Words® Program, supporting young children develop social communication skills, including those on the autism spectrum
🌏 Specialisation – Speech delays, autism, social communication needs, and swallowing difficulties
🗣 Trainer & Educator – Delivered training to aged care kitchen staff and care teams on implementing the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) framework for safe mealtime practices
🗣 Presenter & Community Educator – Delivered staff skill enhancement workshops, parent education seminars, and day care staff training sessions at CASS (Chinese Australian Services Society)
🌏 Multilingual Communication Skills – Born in Hong Kong, trained in Australia, fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and conversational in Thai.

Ivan (Chun Hong) Ip
Senior Occupational Therapist
Ivan transforms everyday challenges into practical, goal-focused therapy. He supports individuals of all ages with sensory needs, attention difficulties, emotional regulation, and daily living skills—always making sessions engaging, personalised, and meaningful.

🎓 Registered Occupational Therapist in both Australia (AHPRA) and Hong Kong
🎓 Master of Occupational Therapy – University of Sydney
🎓 Bachelor of Science (Majoring in Psychology) – Australian National University
🗣 Presenter & Community Educator – Delivered staff skill enhancement workshops, parent education seminars, and day care staff training sessions at CASS (Chinese Australian Services Society)
🏆 Certified in DIR® Floortime – Globally recognised, play-based approach to child development
Completed all Handwriting Without Tears® courses and is currently pending certification as a Handwriting Specialist

Speech Pathologist
Fedora Woo
is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with experience supporting children with speech, language, and social communication difficulties, as well as adults with swallowing and communication difficulties. She is fluent in English and Mandarin and uses a family-centred, engaging approach to therapy. Outside of work, Fedora is a passionate foodie who enjoys cooking for friends and family.
