A simple 4-step process to access therapy with your NDIS funding:
You (or your support coordinator) fill out our Referral Form. Includes basic client details, goals, and funding type.
We'll prepare a tailored agreement outlining the services, fees, and travel.
You review and sign before therapy begins.
We match you with a speech or occupational therapist.
We'll contact you to schedule your first session.
Sessions begin!
Self-managed: invoices go to you.
Plan-managed: invoices sent directly to your plan manager.
Do I need a diagnosis to start therapy?
No. If you have concerns about your child’s development, we can start therapy without a formal diagnosis.
Do you support NDIA-managed participants? At this stage, we primarily work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We are currently reviewing NDIA-managed arrangements and will share updates if this changes in the future.
Can you help with reports for NDIS plan reviews?
Yes! Your therapist can write progress or assessment reports to support reviews or reassessments.
How do I know what my NDIS plan covers?
Just send us your NDIS plan — we’ll review it and guide you through what supports are available.
Not sure what your plan includes? We're happy to help.
We'll only use the plan to guide your support options. No obligations.
