At SPOT Allied Health, we do things a little differently.
We believe therapy should feel human, connection should come first, and your workplace should feel like a second home (with snacks, laughs, and the occasional therapy pun 🤭).
We're a small but mighty mobile therapy team built by Vanessa (speechie) and Ivan (OT) — two Aussie-trained clinicians from Hong Kong who wanted to build something meaningful for our community… and for therapists like you.

Who We're Looking For
If you're…
- A Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist (new grad or experienced)
- A therapy student looking for assistant work (speech or OT stream)
…and you care about people more than paperwork, we want to hear from you.
New Grads Welcome!
You won't be thrown into the deep end alone.
We offer structured onboarding, shadowing, supervision, and patient guidance (with zero judgment when you ask “what's that NDIS code again?”).
And most importantly 🧡 We built SPOT to feel like family — for our clients, and for our team.
Where We Work
We're mobile — think homes, schools, parks, community centres, and the occasional café meeting.
You tell us which Sydney areas work best for you, and we'll build your caseload around that.
